Benefit #2: Effortless Weight Loss

Olga: When I hear the word “effortless” it brings to mind a story about my friend Nicole. In the Spring of 2007 Nicole,
a successful financial consultant and seminar leader in San Francisco, lost 10 lbs doing a month-long raw food cleanse.
And the truth is that weight loss was not even Nicole’s primary INTENTION.
What Nicole really wanted was to REBOOT her personal life -
PURIFY the physical, emotional and spiritual patterns that have been limiting her FULL EXPRESSION of self in the world.

Olga: Are you saying that the raw food ITSELF will do the work of cleaning me out, whether my goal is to loose weight or

Dr. Green Apple: Precisely.

Dr. Green Apple: Maybe it’s not easy at first. On every Hero’s journey, one dives into the unknown and it can be a bit uncomfortable.

Benefit #1: Increased Energy And Vitality

Olga: “Dr. Green Apple, please tell us why so many people are raving about how INVIGORATED they feel when they include one or more uncooked dishes into their regular diet.”

Dr. Green Apple: “When I am fresh and JUICY I contain within myself a magical ingredient called ENZYMES. Enzymes are protein molecules that enable me to sprout and grow from a tiny seed into a ripe fruit. Basically, enzymes are “miniature powerhouses” that make everything alive and growing and that is perhaps why humans who eat more raw uncooked foods, full of enzymes, report feeling “switched ON“.

Olga: “Are Enzymes not present in the cooked food?”
