 ’Trim Your Butt’ Smoothie

Get started with this mouthwatering smoothy. It will boost your energy, mood and sexiness big time.

1 cup fresh dandelion greensgreen smoothie (Whole Foods has it)
1 cups parsley
3 cups or more water
4 pears, diced

Blend in a high power blender. Yields 1 quart. Drink it through out the day.


Blend well all the ingredients in the blender. Drink slowly and enjoy! Drink this smoothie every morning for a week or two for effective liver cleansing.

The liver is THE organ that metabolizes not only fat and toxins but also your resentment. No fun to grow a fat suit and push loved ones out. Create more intimacy and fun in your relationship as you cleanse your liver.

    I really want to do your 21 day cleanse, but I can’t right now. I just did one recently and can’t afford to do another one right now. I do have a question for you. I have other recipes that ask for dandelion greens. Where can I find them? Many thanks!

    oh! I have a two questions for ya!
    When is the best season to approach this cleanse
    we are approaching fall, could go head and do it at any time of the year?..

    Do you have anything on the spleen?
