For the past two weeks I have been in writer’s heaven, typing away on my upcoming book about the ‘Wealthy Lovers Adventure’. During this process, some publishing friends recommended Marie Forleo‘s book ‘Make Every Man Want You’. The title of this book does not fully reflect the rich personal growth material presented within it. Marie wrote her book, then later had to shelve it when her engagement fell apart, and she handed back the diamond ring to her ex-fiancé. Reading Marie’s own personal story inspired me to share mine with you today.
I love the daily comments I receive from all of you about how authentically in-love my husband Vladi and I are in the videos on this blog. The story of how we met is one of my heart-favorites, I must admit. You can listen to it here. What you may not know is that two years ago we were on the brink of a divorce. I even drove him to the airport with a ticket to Bangkok, and a note that said ‘I love you, babe! Let’s figure it out or separate.’
The breakthrough that happened next defies the conventional blocks in relationships. Out of a crisis we made a quantum leap, both as individuals and as a couple. We never dreamed we could be so happy, successful and in-love.
