I have just completed the 21-day cleanse with Olga and can not express enough the happiness and joy I have received from the cleanse as well as Olga herself. I have learned more than good food habits, with the help and guidance of Olga, I have learned more personal issues about myself that I may have never noticed or attended to in the past. I have come to realize that the more consious we are about our food choices and what is going into our bodies, is the way we will feel on a daily basis and will see foods and the world in general in a whole other light. I feel great thanks to Olga. I met her at the Pacifica Fog Fest last month and am so happy that I stopped at the booth to get her flyer. I appreciate her wisdom, caring, and most of all her guidance through the 21 day program, she is always available for questions and/or comments I have. With her personal attention to me, I feel she has made it possible for me to get through the program and stayed focus on end results. The program itself can be very challenging at times, but well worth the outcome. Olga, thank you again and again. Please keep in touch with future classes, sessions and recipes.
