  1. Eat only when hungry. Stop when full.
  2. Natural foods – the ones that don’t come in a wrapper or a box.
  3. Alive foods with enzymes (aka life force) still intact
  4. Simple foods. Have 1-2 items on your plate. It’s harder to digest a pile of stuff.
  5. Clean & Pure- organic food with minimal added sugars, chemical coloring, preservatives.
